 A week when Toyooka into a city of Music.

Through opportunities for children to meet and interact with internationally active musicians, we hope to nurture children who feel connected to the wider world while staying here in Toyooka and who are proud of their hometown. At the same time, this festival is held with the aim of creating a city filled with classical music that adults can enjoy together with children.
